Order Cancellation:

a. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but not yet shipped will be eligible for a full refund.
b. We cannot accept order cancellation requests for shipped orders. In such cases, please initiate a return after receiving the package.
c. Typically, refunds are processed within 5 to 15 business days. If you haven't received a refund within 30 days, please contact us via email for further assistance.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged) with the original tags attached.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.
Return Process:
1. Email our Customer Service at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return. Returns without prior approval from our Customer Service may be refused.
2. Upon receiving a reply from [email protected], your return request has been approved. Please promptly return the dress to us using the provided address. Include the following information with the package: Order Number, Email, and Full Name. This information is crucial for us to identify your package. Refunds cannot be arranged without this information.
3. All returned products will be thoroughly checked. We will process the refund once we confirm the condition of the items. Once the refund has been processed and you have been notified via email, it typically takes 5-15 business days for the funds to return to your account, depending on your bank or payment service.
